How to run a Fundraiser Race Night.
If a Fundraiser is the theme for the evening you can bet your guests will be anxious to participate. Our customizable race form offers the opportunity to engage sponsors to name the races or horses, in advance, in exchange for a donation. We will print the Race Program with your sponsor’s chosen names. Of course guests may bet with play money the night of to add to the excitement …This idea is a Sure Thing! As an incentive for your generous Donators we will create a Sponsor Screen with their information for all to see. But That’s Not All…While we are there with all our equipment we will take digital photos of your guests and even live camera feed of exciting features all to be placed on the screen for the viewers pleasure. How valuable would it be for you to send some of your biggest contributors a picture of them- selves enjoying the event? We will send you 2 edited CD’s with all the pictures we had taken during that evening at NO extra charge – It’s included!
